フィリピン南部では、1970年代初頭からムスリム反政府組織らと政府軍との内戦が続いてきましたが、2019年「バンサモロ暫定自治地域」（BARMM: Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao）が成立し、2025年には初のBARMM議会選挙が予定されています。南部フィリピンのムスリム女性を代表する知識人として、多方面で長年活躍されてこられたRufa Cagoco-Guiam先生をお招きして、ご報告いただきます。
